This sunroom includes a structural barrel arch which mimics the radius on the windows. No duct work could be placed in the floor due to water table on the island, so all the heating & air conditioning was installed in the ceiling of a second floor bedroom closet to have duct work sufficient for the sunroom.
The house received a much needed update and makeover to improve overall efficiency of systems and appearance. Products were carefully selected to maximize value and still maintain visual impact.
The homeowner’s goals were to create a more comfortable and efficient living space while adding curb appeal. The house is situated facing the bay so it was important to have a relaxing area with a view, while maintaining the integrity of the original design.
