Another renovation for the Custom Wine Cellar family was the desired exterior man-cave which boasts of a full kitchen, outside fireplace, outside TV, multiple levels, with retractable screens and manufactured stone, architectural plans by Transforming Architecture.
Finishing off this outdoor living experience is a lower level patio with seating area and fire pit design by Garden Architecture LLC and a more traditional maintenance free deck as a transition area from garage to porch. Continuity was created throughout with beaded board ceilings used in the kitchen, family room and outdoor living.
Lastly, the house was given a cosmetic overhaul, windows, roof, flooring, railings and interior paint finishes. The homeowners now sit comfortably in their newly updated surroundings inside, as well as, enjoying a sunset in their new outdoor living space.
