Baltimore County Master Bath
The homeowner had lived with the bathroom unfinished for some time, having bought the house with several rooms still under construction and has been completing much of the house on his own. Plumbing, electric, heating and air conditioning had to be relocated due to the new layout, which what was different than what the previous owners intended when the addition was built.
This home was purchased with its location in mind. The water views from three sides of the home made this partially uncompleted home a perfect fit for the owner. The goal was for him to personally finish the work that needed to be done in the home over time. A very busy surgeon, he devoted free time, along with his father, to completing the undone portions of the house. Since the master bath was just a large insulated space adjacent to the master bedroom, the owner needed to use the bath down the hall. After some time he decided he would engage a contractor to finish the master bath, so that the work could be completed in an efficient time frame. The results are evident for this master bath; an up-to-date bathroom with Emser Tile-Motion in the color Gesture walk-in steam shower walls and Emser Natural Stone Collection-Rivera Flat Pebbles on the shower floor, a corner Whirlpool Watertech jetted soaking tub and Koch Cabinets double vanity, including three large picture windows with stunning views of the water!
