Owings Brothers Win Award
Owings Brothers did it again! We won Awards of Excellence from the Maryland Building Industry Association.
Remodelers and custom builders were awarded top honors for their design and craftsmanship at MBIA’s 2018 Remodeling & Custom Building Awards on November 1st at Historic Savage Mill in Savage, MD.
A diverse judging team made up of remodeling contractors and interior designers rated each project based on the quality of construction, degree of difficulty, value and cost effectiveness, unique and creative design approach and sensitivity to the existing structure.
In this competitive market, these winners are shining examples of the talent our area has to offer.

At an industry awards dinner on November 1, 2018, the Maryland Building Industry Association gave remodelers and custom home builders an opportunity to showcase their work. Independent judges for the association reviewed submitted projects and voted on the best of the best in each category. President Rich Lang awarded to the winners their trophies at this special dinner event held in the Great Room at Savage Mill, Savage Maryland. More than 25 projects were showcased at this event and winners received awards honoring their excellence in design and craftsmanship.
