Communication and Contract Specialist
Your first point of contact with our company, our friendly and knowledgeable specialist will be happy to give you an overall view of our company and schedule initial appointments. As your project progresses, you will also receive design agreements, proposals and contracts from our Communication and Contract Specialist.
Production Supervisors
Our supervisors oversee all aspects of your project from inception to completion including all subcontracts and scheduling of trades, suppliers, vendors, designers, architects and in-house staff. This ensures continuity of communication throughout your project.
Finance Manager
Responsible for the initial contract and deposit and all billing from trades and vendors, the Finance Manager also tracks the invoices on your project. The Finance Manager manages your final reconciliation and change orders, guaranteeing accuracy for your investment.
Custom Care Manager
The Customer Care Manager collaborates with homeowners, vendors, and the field staff regarding selections and reconciliation of costs to the contract. This personalso procures the purchases and schedules deliveries for your project so that it stays on the proposed timetable.
Designers
Our in-house designers assist you in selecting products and can provide interior design recommendations. They create the design of your entire project using CAD software, generating an accurate 3-D presentation for a better visual sense of your new space.
Production Team
Our talented workforce brings many years of expertise and professionalism to your project. They undergo background checks and drug testing to assure peace of mind in your home.
