Master Bath with a View
This home is in a prime location with water on three sides giving it a killer view. The homeowner had lived with the bathroom addition unfinished for some time and wanted to complete this waterfront master suite. He had bought the house with several rooms still under construction and has been completing the house on his own. The plumbing, electric, HVAC had to be relocated due to the new layout, which what was different than what the previous owners intended when the addition was built. No matter, he desired to complete this waterfront master suite, so he could enjoy the view.
Our homeowner purchased the home with its location in mind. The water views from three sides of the homemade this partially uncompleted home a perfect fit for the owner. His goal was to personally finish the work that needed to be done in the home over time. A very busy surgeon, he devoted free time, along with his father, to completing the undone portions of the house. Since the waterfront master suite was just a large insulated space it required our homeowner to use the hall bath. So he made the decision to engage Owings Brothers Contracting to finish the master bath for completion in an efficient time frame. The results are evident for this master bath. The remodel includes Emser Tile-in-motion, the color Gesture for the walk-in steam shower walls with Rivera Flat Pebbles on the shower floor. A corner Whirlpool Watertech jetted soaking tub and double vanity, including three large picture windows with stunning views complete the design.
