Westminster Master Bath Remodel

The homeowner’s desire was to have a master bath that was contemporary yet elegant and functional. The most important element for the design team and contractor was to offer cutting edge technology and this includes a remote control multi-functional toilet/bidet, digital remote shower & tub controls and integrated tablet recesses by each vanity. The various tile surfaces and finishes add design interest, the round accent tile sections above the freestanding soaking tub were hand chosen for color, size, and variation. The wet/dry seat installed in the glass shower wall is a design focal point and also offers space-saving efficiency.

Reisterstown Master Bath

This Reisterstown master bathroom got a contemporary makeover care of Owings Brothers Contracting.  As with many early 90’s homes, a garden tub was a must! However, homeowners now want more space in their bathroom and are swapping a tub for a larger walk-in shower. You can see your bathroom transform just like this contemporary master bath remodel. This home in Reisterstown was no exception. We removed the space-eating tub and a beautiful walk-in steam shower with bench was added, along with a complete contemporary remodel, all within the existing bathroom footprint.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's a typical timeline for a bathroom remodel?
Most hall baths run 4–8 weeks once work starts; primary suites or layouts with structural changes can take longer.
What’s a typical budget range for a bathroom remodel in Maryland?
We scope three tiers (refresh, mid-range, premium) after an in-home consultation so the estimate matches your space and selections.
Do you handle design as well as construction?
Yes, full design-build: layouts, selections, drawings, and project management under one roof for a smoother process.
Who takes care of permits and inspections?
We do. Our team manages all Maryland permitting and coordinates required inspections.
Can we live at home during the remodel?
Usually, yes. We set dust protection, daily cleanup, and a plan for essential fixtures to minimize disruption.
Do you work with existing plumbing locations or move them?
Both. We’ll review the cost and benefits, and recommend the best option. Keeping lines saves money while moving fixtures can unlock better layouts.
What waterproofing methods do you use in showers?
We use modern membranes/pan systems and proper slope/drainage details to prevent leaks and mold.
Can you make the bathroom safer and more accessible?
Absolutely. Curbless showers, grab bars, wider doors, smart lighting, and non-slip surfaces are common upgrades. We have completed many aging-in-place bathroom upgrades.
Do you help with product selections (tile, vanity, fixtures)?
Yes. We guide finish choices to fit your style, budget, and maintenance needs—and confirm lead times before ordering.
What warranties do you provide?
You’ll receive a written workmanship warranty plus manufacturers’ coverage on products.
Do you serve my area?
We remodel bathrooms across Central Maryland (greater Baltimore and nearby communities).
Do you offer financing or phased projects?
We can discuss financing partners and phased scopes during consultation to match your budget and priorities.
How do I get an estimate?
Share your photos and goals through our contact form. We’ll schedule a consultation to refine the project scope, budget, and timeline.
