The interior design of this custom home exudes luxury.  Our client desired the best, and we were able to accommodate them with selections from the Design Center.  No expense was spared in this luxury design build from the second-floor primary suite to the basement gym; all the selections were chosen with beauty, function, and ease of use in mind.  The contemporary finishes bring a breathtaking beauty to the interior of this home.

Kitchen, Pantry, and Mudroom

This kitchen embodies refined modern luxury, anchored by custom walnut cabinetry in a rich, deep stain. Above, a light and airy architectural fixture complements the space without distracting from the dramatic focal point.

Thoughtfully arranged century furniture invites both intimate evenings and lively gatherings after dinner parties, creating a versatile and welcoming environment. White oak flooring softens the overall aesthetic, balancing the boldness of the granite. A tray ceiling with integrated uplighting maintains a fresh, contemporary feel.

Custom frameless vanities crafted from high-grade oak feature a rich navy blue stain, grounding the space with sophistication. This spa-like primary bath is a serene retreat designed with a refined, modern aesthetic. Floor-to-ceiling tile envelops the space, creating a seamless and sophisticated backdrop. The striking two-foot by four-foot large format gray matte tile anchors the back wall and shower walls, delivering clean lines and a calming, contemporary feel.

The zero-threshold shower enhances both accessibility and elegance. A beautiful pebble floor tile introduces natural texture underfoot, while a custom niche with a pebble insert offers functional storage with a designer touch. A meticulously crafted mitered bench in solid surface material adds comfort and architectural interest, blending durability with sleek style.

A subtle knee wall separates the shower area from the freestanding tub, which rests gracefully against a wall of warm wood-look tile. This contrast between cool gray tones and warm wood textures creates balance and visual warmth throughout the space.

The custom floating vanity elevates the room with its streamlined silhouette, complemented by side benches on each end and a rich dark quartz countertop. Above, a stunning LED round mirror—both backlit and frontlit—provides layered illumination. A decorative ceiling-mounted fixture placed in front of the mirror completes the design, casting a soft glow and adding a final touch of sophistication.

The Basement Rec Room

Descending the stairs, you are welcomed into an extraordinary lower level designed for luxury living and entertainment. Straight ahead, two doors, one revealing a sophisticated powder room highlighted by a dramatic glass hexagon tile accent wall, while the other opens to a private three-story elevator servicing the home. A cozy conversation area centered around a sleek linear fireplace flows into an expansive media space featuring a 100-inch television and oversized sectional seating for 10 to 12 guests. Across the room, a stunning custom bar shows Cristallo marble surfaces and a hidden Murphy door leading to a private gym. Beyond the hallway, another custom bar and shelving area guide you into an elegant pool room, complete with a legalized pool table, private bedroom, and ensuite bath.
