Complete Exterior Remodel
This homeowner would arrive home daily and be disappointed with the front elevation of their home. This eventually drove them to making a choice. Do a cosmetic makeover or take a gamble and bring all new elements and fresh design to their problem? They obviously chose the latter. They began by adding a prominent front entry cover that was accented with a copper roof. The flat plain elevation was given a face lift by adding two large reverse gables within inset box bay windows. The existing house now sits behind these enhancements and is cleverly disguised as secondary elements. The last order of business was to add additional stone work that would cover the existing brick and complement the new Hardiplank and paneled gables. The end result is a tasteful, fresh, unique, updated look to this plain 1980’s two story traditional.
