Waterfront View Master Bath
This New England transplant found their dream home on the Severn River. This custom home built in the ’80s needed an update to bring it into the millennium. A roomy master bath lacked the more contemporary shower and had a very large platform tub. The decor included chocolate brown tile and heavily patterned wallpaper.

With the help of Designer Katie Heyman, Owings Brothers were able to transform this master bath into the homeowner’s private retreat with breathtaking views of the river. The cabinets installed were 6 Square – Olmsted / Cherry /Kafe and the shower tile boasts Chesapeake Selection Summer Breeze 3 x 6 in a herringbone pattern and 18″x 18″ floor tiles. An Archer Freestanding Tub was installed to replace the outdated chocolate brown platform tub. The overall look is clean and contemporary and full of light.
