Your Refuge: The Bedroom Suite
This late 90s home nestled in a beautifully landscaped lot was already fitted with a functional bedroom suite for the owners of the home. Current trends differ greatly from the 90s and these homeowners desired to remodel their personal bedroom suite to a functional yet luxurious place to unwind after a long day. Everything is in one space; bedroom, luxury bath, and extravagant walk-in closet with laundry. They just purchased this lovely home in Howard County Maryland and the bedroom suite was the first of several projects they plan to make the home reflect their desired style.
Walk-In Closet and Laundry Remodel
The ultimate in convenience and function is to have your laundry room where your clothes are located! No more lugging the laundry basket to another floor, just pop the clothes right in the washer an arm’s length away. Our homeowners incorporated a home office into the bedroom suite and transformed it into a new walk-in closet and laundry. A stackable washer and dryer were easily installed flush with the wall adjacent to the luxury bathroom where the plumbing was already located. Gone is the 1990s version of a walk-in closet. Voila! A beautiful dressing room with a closet island and personal laundry for the homeowners’ new bedroom suite refuge!

Luxury Bedroom/Bathroom Suite
As luxury bathrooms go this one is tops! We included an elegant freestanding soaking tub that once was an outdated platform corner tub giving the room an overcrowded look. The shower was very roomy but lacked the smart technology that many homeowners are looking for today. Our newly remodeled bathroom includes a luxurious Italian tile on the floor and in the shower. We updated the smoky shower glass and created a more open and appealing crystal-clear frameless shower surround that displays the beautiful new tile. Everything in this new shower is Smart Technology and can be programmed by the owners via their smartphones. The large lighted vanity mirrors make things bright and clear and spotlight the gorgeous glass wall tile. Goodbye to the 90s outdated style and hello to a current 2020s design!
