The homeowners were in desperate need of additional closet space for their master bedroom. Due to the age of this sturdy stone structure, finding additional space required looking outside of the footprint and expanding a closet above a sunroom addition.
It was also determined that the new sunroom would have a full basement below. The sunroom was in disrepair and would require removal and replacement in order to accomplish all of their objectives.
The homeowner was a previous client and decided to use Owings Brothers Contracting again for this sunroom addition. The previous addition added to the opposite side of the home includes the kitchen space. To see this project please visit Maryland Kitchen Addition.
