Food Drive for South Carroll Food Pantry
The 2020 County Health Rankings for Food Insecurity for Carroll County states 8950 people in our county are lacking the ability to acquire adequate food for their families.
Food Insecurity is defined as a lack of consistent access to enough food for an active, healthy life by the US Department of Agriculture.
Over 37 million Americans, including more than 11 million children are considered Food Insecure.
Join Owings Brothers Contracting Food Drive and donate food at our 5340 Enterprise St. Sykesville, MD location for the South Carroll Food Pantry of Sykesville now through May 20, 2020.
Types of Food
- Canned tuna/chicken
- Boxed pasta (any shape)
- Boxed cereal (any variety)
- Canned tomatoes
- Oatmeal
- Rice
- Any other non-perishables
Food Drop Off Information

- Monday through Friday Only
- 8:30 AM- 4 PM
- Receptacle outside Owings Brothers Contracting office door
For your safety, we ask that you leave the items in the outside receptacle to reduce the amount of traffic in our office following the social distancing guidelines required by the state. The items will be picked up each day and stored in our warehouse.
