This is high rise condo is living at it’s best with a view of the Baltimore Inner Harbor. The homeowners wanted to open up the common living space so that there were a view and access to the rooftop terrace that wrapped around three sides of the condo. The new design maximizes the kitchen, adjacent living room and dining room living space, as well as, offering the owners a more spacious and efficiently pointed master bath. The master bath floor plan needed to flow better and the windows had to be replaced due to their draftiness, so we also included heated tile floors to reduce the chill. There were some changes with closets so that interesting niches were created to add storage.

In this downtown, condominium remodels the new design lends itself very well to the needs and wants of the client. His space is both open and defined.
