The Chrysalis Awards for Remodeling Excellence began in 1993. The awards cover 28 categories of residential and commercial remodeling, and winners are selected for each of the four geographical regions of the country.

The new kitchen design required removing the windows as originally configured, offering more cabinet space and a beautiful balance. We replaced the stark white cabinets and ceramic tile flooring with warm wood cabinetry and oak parquet floors. A stained wood beam was included in the design to add a more rustic look and feel. What an exceptional difference these changes made!

We updated the bathroom fixtures, including incorporating an enlarged free-standing tub. We also raised the floor to create a large walk-in shower with its own skylight. The final touch was upgrading the windows to energy-efficient Pellas, creating this restful space. The new bathroom showcases clean lines and modern luxury finishes.
