Baltimore County Design Build
This Towson family had an outdated kitchen that did not function well for their growing family. Function wasn’t the only element lacking, the kitchen was outdated and the look was straight from the 1980’s. The homeowner contracted with Owings Brothers Contracting for a Design-Build kitchen addition.
The process included meeting with Owings architect to determine the needs of their family, as it relates to the footprint of the home. Drawings were then made, presented by the Owings team and at that time the homeowners were able to review the plans and decide any changes that were desired. Design-Build was chosen by this family because of the cooperative team effort between design professional and contractor for planning and building, allowing for the best finished product at the budgeted price. Their new kitchen offers the homeowners the ease in use, as well as, the beauty of a more current look.
